SIPRI is pleased to publish a new report on fostering intergenerational action on climate, peace and security. The report compiles key takeaways from a session of the 2025 Stockholm Forum on Peace and Development.
During the Forum, SIPRI, the Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA), the United Nations Development Programme and the Kofi Annan Foundation convened a group of young experts from diverse contexts in an intergenerational dialogue on climate, peace, and security to share their experiences, challenges and successes of youth-led climate, peace and security initiatives. The report lays out recommendations for stakeholders working at the intersection of youth, climate, peace and security.
