Lorenzo Scarazzato is a Research Assistant with the SIPRI Military Expenditure and Arms Production Programme. His research is mostly focused on the European arms industry. He collects and analyses data to support SIPRI publications and externally funded projects.
Prior to joining SIPRI, he participated in the first NATO Policy Hackathon as a representative of his university. He also interned with the Industrial Cooperation division of the Ministry of Defence in Prague and collaborated with Czech and Italian think tanks.
