Karolina Eklöw is a Research Assistant with the SIPRI Climate Change and Risk Programme. Her focus spans comprehensive security, climate diplomacy and institutional responses to climate-related security risks.
During her studies in Political Science she was an exchange student in China and Spain, worked at a start-up in Washington D.C and conducted field research in Colombia. Prior to joining SIPRI, Karolina interned at UNDP as well as at the Mission of Sweden to the UN in New York, during its membership in the Security Council.
