Abel Gbala

is a researcher and project evaluation consultant. Since 2013, he has led public attitude surveys on democracy and governance for Afrobarometer and the Varieties of Democracy (V-Dem) projects, among others. He also designs and implements monitoring, evaluation and learning systems.
