Mindy (Min Ji) Kim is currently working as a SIPRI–Korea Foundation intern in the China and Asia Security Programme.

Her master's thesis focused on refugees in Korea, and her current research interests include migration, global governance, peace, and gender.

Previously, she worked as a Research Assistant on two international development projects. For the KOICA–Ewha Womans University Capacity Building for the Vietnam Women's Union project, she supported programme planning and implementation, conference logistics, participant coordination, and report preparation. She also served as a Research Assistant for the EDCF Evaluation-Linked ODA Evaluation Expert Training Programme, where she conducted literature reviews and assisted in drafting and refining evaluation reports.
