Mimmi Shen

Mimmi Shen was a Communications Officer at SIPRI. In her role, she supported the institute’s external relations, strategic outreach and event coordination, with a particular focus on the Stockholm Forum on Peace and Development. Her role also included media coordination, such as handling press inquiries, monitoring media coverage and supporting the dissemination of new research findings.

Prior to joining SIPRI, Mimmi worked as Media Liaison Officer at the Swedish Government Offices during the Swedish Presidency of the Council of the European Union 2023. She has also interned at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs in the Communications Department.
