SIPRI North America and the GW Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University have instituted a fellowship programme for young professionals from Central Asia.
The programme seeks to provide a platform for the exchange of ideas and build lasting intellectual networks between scholarly and policy communities in Central Asia and the United States, and is funded by the Open Society Foundations’ Central Eurasia Project.
