Chinese translation of SIPRI Yearbook 2013 launched in Beijing

 

On 22 September SIPRI and the China Arms Control and Disarmament Association (CACDA) launched the Chinese translation of SIPRI Yearbook 2013 at an event in Beijing.

SIPRI Director Dr Ian Anthony and CACDA Secretary-General Chen Kai gave presentations at the launch, which marked the 12th time SIPRI and CACDA have collaborated on the translation of the Yearbook into Chinese, and which was attended by more than 80 foreign diplomats, arms control experts and scholars.

Read more about translations of the SIPRI Yearbook in other languages including Arabic, Russian and Ukrainian. Funding for these translations is provided by the Swiss Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport.
