SIPRI Director Tilman Brück has co-authored a World Bank publication entitled Measuring Conflict Exposure in Micro-Level Surveys.

In writing the sourcebook, Brück and his co-authors (Patricia Justino, Philip Verwimp and Andrew Tedesco) aim 'to increase the capacity of researchers and policymakers to identify consistently, comparatively, and across time, the ways in which violent conflict affects individuals, households and communities along key social and economic dimensions'.

The publication has been produced as part of the World Bank's Living Standards Measurement Study: Integrated Surveys on Agriculture (LSMS-ISA) project.

The sourcebook is available in full text (PDF), and in a shorter summary version (PDF).
