    Hugh Griffiths presented new research on arms flows to Syrian government and opposition forces from European and Middle Eastern states at an event hosted by the Spanish Institute for International Affairs and Foreign Policy (INCIPE), in cooperation with the Office of the Presidency of the Spanish Government.

    Andrea Viski participated in a joint technical seminar, 'Analysis of Strategic Commodity Transfers', organized by the United States National
    Nuclear Security Administration and the European Commission's Joint
    Research Center.

    Mathieu Duchâtel gave a presentation at the School of International Studies, Peking University as part of the conference entitled China Dream: Domestic and Foreign Policies under
    the New Leadership – an International Conference in Honor of Professor
    Richard Baum. Duchâtel's presentation was on China's foreign policy under the
    new leadership.

  • 15–16 April, Paris
    Andrea Viski attended the meeting of the European Safeguards and Research Development Association (ESARDA) Working Group on Export Controls, presenting a paper on recent developments in intangible transfers of technology.
