Winnie Leung is a Research Assistant with the Peace and Development Programme. Her research focus is on fragility/fragile states and on women and child health using SIPRI’s Life in Kyrgyzstan data. She previously worked on SIPRI’s impact evaluation of a Kyrgyz peacebuilding programme.
Prior to joining SIPRI, Winnie worked in northern Uganda where she led an impact evaluation of a market systems development (M4P) intervention that aimed to improve food security and promote economic growth in east Acholiland.
