Wei-Tsz Yuan

Wei-Tsz was a Guest Researcher in the SIPRI Conflict, Peace and Security Programme.

Before joining SIPRI, she served for 10 years under the National Defense University in Taoyuan City, up to the level of an army officer Major. Her Master’s degree is in public policy and management, with an area study of the effect of female leaders and political regimes on public policy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
