Marta Bertea

Marta is an intern in the SIPRI Events Team, supporting the organization of the 2024 Stockholm Forum on Peace and Development. She is assisting the Head of Major Initiatives with administrative tasks, external stakeholder management and communications, and providing logistical support in the lead-up to the Forum and on-site.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Sciences of Development and Cooperation, earned at the University of Turin, and was part of the Peace and Development programme at Linnaeus University during her Erasmus exchange semester. Her areas of interest include multilateralism, peacebuilding and gender.
