Lisa Wiklund

Lisa Wiklund joined SIPRI in March 2023 as Human Resources Manager, focusing mainly on strategic HR processes.

Before joining SIPRI, Lisa has been working as a consultant in HR and leadership development in various sectors, with the latest assignment with Stockholm City Mission, which carries out a number of social enterprises with the aim of getting people into work and accommodation where the public resources and efforts are not enough. Prior to this, she held a position as leadership trainer at Ledarna, a Swedish Union for managers. Her field of expertise includes work environment, rehabilitation, victimization and sustainability.
