Jules Francelet
Jules is an intern in the Sahel and West Africa Programme.
His work at SIPRI focuses on the analysis and monitoring of academic publications and media coverage of significant developments related to policy trends and security issues in the horn of Africa. Jules have previously worked as an intern at the Center for the Study of Democracy in Sofia, Bulgaria, where he worked on the Russian disinformation strategies in the Balkans.
