Giorgi Goguadze

is Director of the Center for Strategy and Development (CSD) and a PhD candidate in International Relations at Caucasus University, where he also teaches. He has over 10 years of experience designing and managing donor-funded programmes across the South Caucasus and Central Asia—including projects on advanced conventional weapons non-proliferation and international sanctions compliance funded by the US Department of State. His work focuses on export controls, border security and institutional capacity-building in the region.
