Mikaela Wang is a Research Intern for SIPRI’s Director Dan Smith. Prior to joining SIPRI, Mikaela was a Young Ambassador at the Carnegie-Tsinghua Center, where she worked in the development department on research foundation prospects and regional funding sources, and helped draft letters of inquiry and grant proposals. She has also worked at the Asia Group in Washington D.C. as an intern summer analyst.
Mikaela is a BA candidate at the George Washington University in Washington D.C., pursuing a major in International Affairs with a concentration in International Economics, and a minor in Sustainability.
