This project studies recent flows of conventional weapons (including SALW) to and within Africa with the aim of contributing towards conflict early warning and prevention in the region. The project will also explore the existing regulations and cooperation in Africa that could support the aims and efforts of an ATT, as well as the challenges for implementing an ATT.
