    The ISACS project is aimed at developing a set of internationally accepted and validated standards that provide clear and comprehensive guidance to practitioners and policy-makers on small arms and light weapons control. Financial support for this project is provided by the governments of Australia, Canada, Ireland, Norway and Switzerland. Mark Bromley is responsible for drafting the module on 'National controls over the international transfer of SALW'.
