Noel Kelly joined SIPRI in January 2008. He currently works as a Research Assistant for the International Arms Transfers Programme and Military Expenditure Programme at SIPRI. He holds a Masters Degree in History of International Relations from the London School of Economics (LSE). Noel had previously worked as an intern for Armed Conflict and Conflict and Management Programme at SIPRI.

  • Assisting Milex Programme in maintaining the SIPRI Military Expenditure Database
  • Annual send-out of the SIPRI Milex questionnaire, compiling the data, and contributing to the YB Milex Appendix. Compiling of national data from the UN reporting system on military expenditure
