Noel Kelly

Noel Kelly is a Research Assistant with the Arms Transfers, Military Expenditure and Arms Production Programmes. Previously, he worked as an intern with the SIPRI Armed Conflict and Conflict Management Project. In 2006, Noel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History & Politics from Goldsmiths College, University of London. He holds a Masters Degree in History of International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
