The topic was discussed by the following experts: Linda Jakobson (Director of the China and Global Security Programme, SIPRI), Dr Bates Gill (Director SIPRI), Ari Kokko (Director of CERC, HHS), Karl Hallding (Head of the China Cluster, SEI) as well as Amb. Mikael Lindström (Ambassador of Sweden to China) and Amb. Olof Ehrencrona (Senior Advisor to the Swedish Foreign Minister). David Rennie, EU correspondent and Charlemagne Columnist for The Economist, moderated the event.

The event launches the Stockholm China Seminars on 'Dealing with a Stronger China' that is organised by the Stockholm China Alliance (SCA) and co-hosted by the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
