15 November: Launch - Governing the Bomb: Civilian Control and Democratic Accountability of Nuclear Weapons

"Go nuclear" or " go zero"? How well can established and emerging nuclear-armed states manage their nuclear affairs? Who commands and controls a country’s nuclear forces?
