List of countries that have not ratified the BTWC

As of 31 December 2007 the following 15 countries had signed but not ratified the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention.

Alphabetical order:

Burundi, Central African Republic, Egypt, Guyana, Haiti, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Myanmar, Nepal, Somalia, Syria, Tanzania, United Arab Emirates.

As of 31 December 2007 the following 19 countries had neither signed nor ratified the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention.

Alphabetical order:

Angola, Cameroon, Chad, Comoros, Cook Islands, Djibouti, Eritrea, Guinea, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Micronesia, Mozambique, Namibia, Nauru, Niue, Samoa, Tuvalu and Zambia.
