Definition
Any chemical not listed in a Schedule, which can produce rapidly in humanssensory irritation or disabling physical effects which disappear withina short time following termination of exposure.
Declaration 30 days after entry into force
submit qualitative declaration on holdings: chemical name, structural formula,CAS registry number
Update of first declaration
if changes occur, update has to be provided not later than 30 days
