Arms Transfers Database - User rules

i. Users are free to download and cite text and data from the SIPRI Arms Transfers Database provided attribution to SIPRI in a source credit-line is given. This credit line should include the phrase: 'Information from the SIPRI Arms Transfers Database, URL <http://armstrade.sipri.org/>'.

ii. The user is free to format the data according to individual wishes and to use the data for diverse calculations and comparisons. However, such calculations or other manipulations should not be attributed to SIPRI.

iii. Data may not be used for commercial purposes unless specific agreement has been sought and obtained from the SIPRI Arms Transfers Project.
